In Tajikistan, non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases and stroke account for approximately 70% of deaths, and cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death in Tajikistan. There is an urgent need to strengthen diagnostic and therapeutic services to deal with these diseases. National Medical Center of Shifobahsh and the State Institution of Republican Scientific Center of Cardiovascular Surgery are the country's premier medical facilities, providing the highest level of diagnostic and therapeutic services in the country, but the chronic shortage and ageing of medical equipment has become a problem, and the development of specialized diagnostic and therapeutic services is an urgent issue. In this project, medical equipment such as CT scanners, endoscopes, laparoscopes, X-ray diagnostic equipment and lithotripsy equipment were delivered, contributing to improving the quality of medical services, the healthcare system and the health of the population.

High quality medical equipment for imaging diagnosis (MRI, CT, Angiography, etc.), OT/ER, and laboratory were supplied for Mongolia-Japan Teaching Hospital, which is constructed as the first teaching hospital under Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences. This project contributed to the enhancement of the post graduate internship system and provision of advanced medical service for the country.

In Colombia, COVID-19 had been spreading rapidly, with more than 10,000 positive cases per day confirmed in July 2020, and strengthening the country's health and medical systems had become an urgent issue. This project contributed to the strengthening of Colombia's infectious disease countermeasures and health and medical systems through the provision of health and medical equipment.

Sierra Leone's social and economic infrastructure has been weakened by 11 years of civil war and the Ebola hemorrhagic fever. Although the country is now steadily progressing from a reconstruction phase to a development phase, development indicators such as life expectancy and maternal mortality are in a dire state. Especially, health indicators related to child survival are at an extremely low level. In this project, equipment was installed at the Children's Hospital, the only specialized pediatric hospital in the country. This improved the quality of pediatric medical services, including the reception of general outpatients, emergency treatment and intensive care. It led to contributing to the improvement of health indicators such as the under-five mortality rate and the strengthening of the country's social infrastructure.
